Autobiography
My name is Viki and I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 18, 1989. I have live in Vegas my whole life except for a few years where I live in China when I was younger. I grew up in a older neighborhood in Vegas and was never really good at school until my sixth grade year, where I moved to a better neighborhood and found Harry Potter. I never read and finish a book in all my elementary school years until I picked up Harry Potter and made myself read it. I was immediately amazed by the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone; I never knew books tells story (yeah, I guess I was kinda stupid back then), I thought books were just here to torture us and only for school. Boy was I wrong. After that, I began reading the Harry Potter series, and after I finished with that, I readed other books as well (of course, none of them were as good as Harry Potter). I became a avid reader. I just love reading nowadays. So whatever you guys say about how good Twilight is, it will never be as good as Harry Potter. It's more than just a good extraordinary series, it changed my life. Anyway, after I found the ability to read, my progress at school begin to exceed and I became a nerd...well, sorta. I just graduated from Sierra Vista High School in June 10, 2008 with High Honors, AP Seal, six cords/stoles, ranked 11 out of a class of 600+ students...all thanks to my boy wizard.

I guess I was pretty much a oridnary kid and still am a ordinary girl. I am not your popular-type of girl who would win if ran for student counsil. Although I was elected president of my school's National Honor Society chapter...well, NHS is kinda weirdy, so I guess I am nerdy enough hehehe. Anyway, I was never the popular type and I am not ashamed of it. Most studies say that the popular type most likely won't get a high-earning job as much as the nerdy-type. I am happy to be a nerdy type. That means I will have money to buy some more domains. ^_^ Nah, more like books and music. Anyways, I have been talking about my high school years so far and the reason is that I don't like to talk about my elementary school years that much. Those were the dark ages. Not socially-wise. It was then that I became sick and was always at the hospital. My early childhood was pretty fun. My parents were not annoyed it with me back then like they are now so they always spent time with me. I was a cute little girl back then. See? Cute. Yes.

Growing up, I always wanted to be in the entertaining industry. I wanted to become an actress but it all seem so impossible for me so I always have this backup plan to become a doctor. I have been around doctors all my life because I was always sick back when I was younger and I just know the way that doctors and nurses operate. I can perform the necessary procedures safely and stuff. However, ever since I found the computer, I decided on a completely different career. Something to do with computers. I am still unsure of what to do with my future life, but at least I am determined to study computer-related subjects while I am in college. I am about to enter UNLV as a freshman, major in Informatics cognate Criminal Justice. I am not sure what the major is about, I was majored in computer science until the beginning of July 2008. Hehe, see how unsure I am? Anyway, I am pretty determined about my current major. Not about UNLV though, I am hoping to transfer out to a better school somewhere in California in two years. In the meantime, I am saving up money so I can go to Tokyo, Japan in hoping to find a entertainment-related job...although I got to brush up my Japanese...well more like learn.

A little more about me...I a pretty weird person, I guess. I think I have mood changes or something similar. I can be described as hyper, quiet, liberal, conservative, likes being alone, likes to be with large crowds, outgoing, shy; any oxymorons would describe me. It really depends on my mood. I am fluent in English (obviously), can read and speak in Cantonese and a little of Manderin. I can listen and speak in a little bit of Japanese and I can do intros in Spanish (and stuff like Hasta la vista) , even though my Spanish accent is very Asian...I just love languages, I think they are fascinating.

Future plans? Become a better web-builder, get a adventurous job at the FBI (j/k) and work for this country. I just love this country. Did I tell you that I love studying about the government and also history? Social studies has always been my favorite subject; I was never tired of taking notes. Anyway, got a bit carried off...so yeah, would like to work for the good of this country. Also, planning to save up money for a trip to Tokyo and London! Great places...~July 2008

Few things have changed since I wrote the above "autobiography." During the second semester of my freshman year in college, I switched my major from informatics to criminal justice. As I wrote before, I was studying information technology along with criminal justice so criminal justice was there all along, only that I wasn't majored in the subject. However, my CRJ 130 professor inspired me to become a lawyer, well, to become a prosecutor, to be exact. Professor Swartz was a district attorney and he really inspired me to focus in the law. Since I have always love history of this country, I decided that besides entertainment, law & order would fit me the best. Besides that, I am about to enter my second year of college.~August 2009
