We are gonna be doing this...
01.Open a picture. I chose Robert Pattinson at the Goblet of Fire photocall. Crop, resize, blur, sharpen...do anything you want.
02. Duplicate layers twice, set one of the layers to softlight and the other to screen. Drag the screen layer to the top.
03. Go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color to create a new fill layer. Fill the layer with #07162b and set it to exclusion at 60% opacity.
04. Go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color to create another layer. Fill the layer with #cef0f4 and set it to color burn at 30% opacity.
05. Go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color to create another layer. Fill the layer with #f3e2cf and set it to multiply at 30% opacity.
06. Go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Curves. Make the following curves:
RGB:
Point 1: Input: 133, Output: 171
Point 2: Input: 78, Output: 115
07. Go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation. Make the following saturation changes.
Red: +30
Yellow: -50
Green: +20
Cyans: +50
Blue: +35
08. Go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color. Make the following selective coloring changes.
Reds: +50, 0, -50, 0
Yellows: +100, 0, -100, 0
Cyans: +100, 0, 0, 0
Whites: +100, -35, -100, 0
Neutrals: +5, +5, 0, 0
09. Lastly, go to make another Selective Color layer and do the following.
Reds: +50, 0, -5, 0
Yellows: +20, -50, -10, 0
Whites: -10, -5, +10, 0
And you are done! If your icons look a bit off, just adjust the first selective color layer a bit.
